Church Activities

• Worship Service is offered each Sunday at 9:30am.

• Adult Bible Study is offered each Sunday from 8:30am to 9:15am.

• Youth and Children's Sunday School is offered after Children's Time during the Worship Service at approximately 9:45am.
  

• New Member, Confirmation and Baptism classes are held as needed. If you desire instruction in any of the above, feel free to Contact Reverend Vanisko at the Church Office.
  
  

• Work days for performing building maintenance, preparation of materials, planning of future events, and community outreach are held on the fifth Saturday of any month having five Saturdays.
  

• Special services are conducted during the year on Ash Wednesday, Good Friday, Easter (a sunrise service followed by breakfast and the regular Easter morning service), Thanksgiving Eve and two services on Christmas Eve (an early evening and a late night service).
  

• Bible study, including Vacation Bible School and adult Bible study courses are given throughout the year.
  

• The church congregation is deeply involved in a weekly prayer list of the sick and those we have concern for in the community by both praying publicly during the Sunday service and praying individually during private weekday devotions.
  

• There is also ample time devoted during the year for traditional social events for the congregation. Frequent pot luck dinners - prepared by some of the finest cooks in Howard County - and the summer family picnic, the bake sales, the cookie exchange and the fall Apple Butter Festival are "looked forward to" events that feed both the soul and body. In addition, Sunday morning refreshments in the church's Fellowship Hall following the 9:30am service are enjoyed by all.
